Motion X is an electronic project by Michael Motion. Michael is a musician, composer & producer based in New York City. As a drummer & bass player he has played & performed in various jazz, rock & progressive groups. As a composer he has now ventured into the electronic realm creating music of the ambient, experimental and IDM genres. Making use of synthesizers, strings, percussion, samples and effects, Motion conveys his thoughts and ideas into mostly instrumental compositions, with an emotional and nostalgic mood.
